If you talk about rice, it's better unpolished rice than white rice.

Or rolled oats, "Japanese superfoods" like hie and awa, kibi, and also worldwide famous quinua and amaranthus are great for your dietary.

If you hasitate having brown rice everyday, you can have those millet with white rice, too.

As they have vitamins and minerals a lot, you can arrange easily the other dishes without thinking about balance of nutritions so much.

 

Or you can also choose breads made from whole wheat flour, rye flour, or rice flour, and also soba made from buckwaet.
